To record the entire lane width and any ancillary facilities, our measurement systems are equipped with up to three right-of-way cameras ensuring uninterrupted recording (also in panoramic mode, if wished).
A rear camera can be used additionally on roads surveyed in just one direction.
The images recorded in this process are ....
- used to document measurement conditions, and to serve as a basis for object registration (inventory data collection) as well as double-entry accounting.
- used to clarify the causes of certain types of damage and state.
- digitized at adjustable distances, and saved as individual/panoramic images including station-related details.
- localized by means of DGPS and provided with absolute coordinates for the purpose of object inventory/assessment.
